To register and use jl499, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

All transactions on jl499 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Your account balance is held in PHP and all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP. No foreign currency conversions are involved at any stage.
